I'm not sure I'd agree that the ARRL DX is a "North Atlantic rim-Caribbean-South American contest". It seemed more like an East Coast/EU contest to us Left Coasters, other than on 15m and up after 20

Agreed. I've got quite a few 1st Place Certificates for SOHP in San Diego where I had fewer points than the low power SO winner. I accept my category win and move on. Not a big deal. As I noted in an
