I would just make the connection from the sound card to the radio and then you are set up for all digital modes and even recorded ssb macros. I used FSK for years but my present radio does not allow

Anybody trying this- don't forget to put one space at the start and one at the end of each macro, then you can string them as needed. Only downside is you will get two spaces within the concatenated

There is more to it than just what the macros contain - if and how they can be joined is just as important. Writelog lets me join macros by pressing a second macro key before the first has completed.
