As much as I like free stuff, I'm not a big fan of freeware. N1MM to me always seems to have some stability issues as you can tell with the amount of upgrades that come out. I've always come back to

I've done all that but I can't get MMTTY to initialize. I get the little box that says MMTTY initializing but it doesn't. Any thoughts? The ini file properly points to the mmtty.exe folder. 73, John

Another quirk, if you add the MMTTY plugin, the ini file entries only show up in the C:\windows\writelog.ini file. You need to copy them to the virtual store one. ____________________________________

Look at your c:\windows\writelog.ini file. There should be a [rttyrite] section and a line pointing to the location of mmtty. See if that is correct. If not try changing it to the correct location. J

It works great in Win7. If you are thinking of installing add-ons later on like the MMTTY plug in, you will save yourself some headaches by installing Writelog in c:\writelog(or whatever you want to
