While using ct_time against a CT9 version bin file I get the following error. I get the same error using 9to8 convert program. Are these utilities compatibel with XP DOS window? Does anyone have the

Thanks Jim, This all happens in an XP DOS window. Using these versions I converted my ct9 bin file to ct10, ran ct_time from ct10 and converted back to ct9 - times were adjusted correctly. (btw - fyi
