It will Bob... I had a 140ft RTS system loaded with 2 over 2 on 40 and 4 ele stacks for 20, 15 and 10 on a Rohn 45 and it withstood the ice storm of 98 with 2 in of radial ice on everything for 3 day

I have the parts to assemble an insulated base 1/4 wave 160 meter antenna from Rohn 25g tower. The insulated guys were salvaged from a 4 year old AM Station transmitting tower that was also Rohn 25!.
