center to center on the legs is same same, I have even mixed the two (not deliberatley) without realizing it in the past - easiest way to spot difference is to count the number of horizontal rungs...

Caution, there is also a downside.... On your upper guy grips - that attach to the tower leg... If you constrain moisture at the end of those wraps it can corrode the guy wire leading to guy failure.
