To my knowledge, a client like Thunderbird or Outlook can't download from the on-line SPAM folder. It downloads from the on-line INBOX and then applies its filters. It won't solve his problem. BTW, I

About two years ago Dan told me that he doesn't install crank-up towers. He referred me to Julio, I believe that is the fellows name. If contacted I'm sure he will have someone to refer NF4A to. 73..
