I don't know what a microkeyer is. I don't have anything like that. You need only one soundcard. Wire up a stereo 1/8" plug for sound card "line in." left radio goes to tip, right radio goes to ring.

Do your rigs support PTT via rs-232 command? If so, maybe you can just "T" the cw keying line to both rigs, turn off the two vox's, and control which one actually transmits by the serial ptt command.
