Is the hardware (bolts) that comes with an hdbx 48 galvanized? Should they be? Mine look like plain ol' grade 5's. Is there any benefit to going with say, a grade 8 bolt, or is it overkill? Thanks, t

I use a 47k 1w carbon at the feedpoint of my 40m vert. Ocassionally have to replace it after a bad thunderstorm, but no biggy. It beats having the end of my coax in the shack going "tick-tick-tick" e
