Fred, I've had the same problem with my radials for the 4 square and the shunt fed tower on 160M. Both myself and the dog can't seem to pick up out feet until the grass overgrows the wires. And trust

My limited experience says to put both up. I'm able to put up a couple of 850 ft. single beverages and have a rotatable delta loop (pennant/flag) available for receive on both 80 & 160. My 80 ant. is

Yes but no. Having a dedicated DX window in effect during a contest, especially on 160, is a good thing. Imagine trying to pull out those weak EU sigs while domestic big guns are all around you; and
