I am seeking the correct procedure for adjusting the ALC pot inside an Alpha 77sx. If you are wondering why I'm even bothering with ALC, I just got a PowerMaster meter primarily to protect the Alpha

Just an educatred guess but I'd obtain a complete schematic diagram and check the components making up the 3 min timer circuit as well as the relay or other device used to allow the amp to be driven

I'm using an old unit pulled from a commercial FM TX which used a single 4cx1500 tube. It was made for Collins and is about 50 years old but cleaned up nice, has rubber isolation mount, balanced bras
