I used zink-it    it is a cold galvanizing spray can. Clean with brake cleaner and apply. I found it at Kirby Risk  I think $7.00 a can. One can will do allot. Buster kg9nd __________________________

I did not worry about it. I inspect the tower about once a week or so, give it a good look over and every so often I check bolts, cables, ect.  Jest as I would a new one. Buster kg9nd _______________

When I made for my HG HD70  I found the crimper on line and used the specks for a us tower 70' I jest matched up the length with the old ones and got the size/strand cable us tower uses for the 70'er
