Folks, The KPA500 is in a remote setup and i tried to upgrade from 1.23 to 1.33 over the remote setup. The connection dropped and the amp did not recover. The On/Off front panel does not respond. Pow

Jim, All good. Yes, i did get a call from Howard at elecraft. I had to get someone to direct connect a serial cable and run the Elecraft utility over teamviewer and was able to talk to the amp and lo
