I recently picked up an FT990 which seems to have a permanently closed (always on) cooling fan circuit. The fan also seems quite noisey. I need to trouble-shoot the thermistor, op-amp and transistor

The problem with connecting 2 12V dc regulated power supplies in parallel, is that the regulating circuits start interacting with eachother, each one trying to regulate its own circuitry to the setpo

    GM all, I have a 990 that runs the cooling fan full time. I have not trouble-shot this yet with the schematic, but my guess is that a former owner may have wired it this way for a heavy duty-cycl
