When I poured the base for my guyed 60 foot Rohn 25 in Illinois I just placed straight lengths of rebar in the hole as I was pouring the concrete. Was this OK or should I wire up some sort of frame?

My take on it was if you have level ground then the Comtek box will give great result. If your ground is very uneven then maybe the Array Solutions box will do better - comments? Mark N1UK G3ZZM ____

If it was mine I would put in a ground rod and connect an rf choke between the driven element and the ground rod to bleed off static. I would not connect the ground rod to the radials though. Mark N1
