I am running a dipole with 3 elements off each side, 66',33',16' before they were tuned (not really sure what length they are now but that's close) The dipole is inverted. the top (feedpoint) is at 4

Even a screw type jack and a couple of short 2x6's to push the sections apart is better than climbing an unbolted section of tower. I would not shake an unbolted section like that no matter how high
