I also got hit and the lightning blew a large hole through half the rotator cable and left a charred spot on the tower leg. It also took out the reed switch in my Orion rotator. Fortunately I had all

I have been attempting to model an insulated driven element (DE) for a 5el Yagi using YO, and not sure if I am using the correct procedure. The YO manual does not address an insulated driven element.
