Yes, I have been watching at startup, using HDSDR, and I can tell you that the waterfall lines for each of the signals are absolutely straight from the first second.  I'd say drift is less than 10 Hz

Jim, the Ryobi charger lacks a wallwart, so that option's out.  The Black and Decker unit has a wart, but its output is an odd 8.5 VDC.  In any case, I can live with only plugging them in when I need
