Thanks to AD1C who referenced release note 9.88.004. That note refers to running CTWin on XP, but I can confirm that doing those tweaks makes CT work just peachy on 2KPro. The mouse moves the windows

In CT version 9.34, the radio1/radio2 toggle was put on pin 14 of LPT1. That is indeed true and works, going from +5 to 0 volts when switched. In CT version 9.89.002, a keyer was added with paddle in
