Andrew, First you need to copy the new wl_cty.dat file into the WriteLog Programs folder. Then you need to run "Convert CTY to WriteLog", which you will find on your Start Menu in the WriteLog folder

What I do for tqsl is to export ADIF file from WriteLog. Then I use TQSL program to sign the ADIF, which converts it to tq8 for LOTW. I think TQSL will only work with ADIF or Cabrillo files. Try open
