You can use it to put a receive filter into the antenna line and switch it on and off. I for example use crystal filters in the antenna line to get rid of interference from stations at the same field

Alfredo, There is an amplifier on the filter board that is supposed to make up for the filter losses. Maybe it's gain is to high. Use the "Hidden Menu" as described in the installation instructions t
