The specs are the same. This is a common mistake made with units for torque. Technically, the correct unit would be Lb-In for English units. Newton-Meters (Nm) for SI units. -- ______________________

If I remember correctly, two nuts below the baseplate. One nut below is ok if mortar is used below baseplate. This was detailed in the drawing package I received. ____________________________________
