if you want to give it a try , you could always look out for a surplus RF generator used in microelectronics manufacturing. most of them are tuned on 13.56mhz but can be modified without any problems

that's right Jim , at the qrl we have been used an RF amp with a couple 7527A's for industrial use . They are the same as the 4-400 and each year we "pull" them out the amp . The amp is never been tu
