A ground rod has very little to do with RF. It is for lightning protection. Do you have a set of radials under your antenna? The RF could be traveling through your house wiring from the amp to the TV

A radial cut to a certain frequency completely looses its resonance when placed on the ground. This can be proven by placing a dipole on the ground and searching for resonance. You will not find any!

These are very small 12v bulbs that I found at a hobby shop to replace dial lamps in my Yaesu FT-ONE and Icom VHF radios. They already have the pigtails soldered on, so it made an easy installation.
