Hi I have quite a few ferrite rods, the type used for loop stick antennas in portable radios, and was wondering if it could be used as a common mode choke if a bunch of them could be arranged around

Tom, I agree with all but would use the the shunt diode clamp in conjunction with an open realy contact or other means to prevent the rf being rectified in the diode clamp and causing more trouble.IO
