Hi again, Powered up the amp .. filaments light .. blower works .. timer circuits for HV and Blower work. Having trouble tuning it .. Vacuum caps for plate and loading. Have loading cap at minimum. E

I realize this is returning to an older topic but wanted to add something I tried today. I have a homebrew amp on HF that runs a pair of 4-400A's in GG. Untuned input. So it fits the topic I guess. A

Ok .. I was informed that I failed to specify what frequency .. This was only done on 40 meters .. so far .. I will most like only use the amp on 80 - 20 meters anyways. Spell checker you say ? well
