If ur friend wears an hearing aid, have him purchase a "loop-set" that hangs around his neck. The connector is a stereo mini-plug. Switch the hearing-aid to telephone pick-up and it'll sound like ssb

I think MS outlook does the same thing. I don't think its worth the effort to change it but maybe someone will probably show us wrong (heh heh). The browser application (firefox) is worth the change,
