It seems to me if the owner/operators of web based receivers were to implement a 30 second delay in the output the problem would go away. I don't think this would seriously affect anyone's ability to

First off let me state that my QTH is awful. It's the "before" picture in a weight loss advertizement. However I think a lot stations situated in suburban and urban environments have similar issues.
