ALPHA 91b has the fan connected to (almost) the center tap.In original version is is connected to the 100V level and the manual suggest it to be moved to the 120V level (the real center tap) for 220V

Interesting addition: LK-500 and its brothers have Grids direct to Ground, no components.Cathode resistor only 0.15ohm/3W. SB220 and L4(B) both 1ohm in cathode and they have the same grid components,
