My Rohn 45 has a light coloring of rust on the upper sections. There is no flaking. My thought is to paint it rather than re-galvanize. Does anyone have experience with the following? Found these out

It's not so really rust spots but an overall hue of rust color. Wire brushing does not seem to do much. That is why I thought one of the "paint" type products may be sufficient. Since my tower tilts
