Two things to check: What contest type is selected? Ctrl+Z only works in the WAE contests. If there is a call sign in the Entry window, is it from the same continent as you, or a different continent?

You didn't say which program, but this looks like N1MM+ with the individual columns in the Log window set to extremely narrow widths. First make the Log window wide enough to display all of the logge
