I believe the CQWW RTTY contest is one of the few that recognizes that Europe has a big advantage in CQWW CW or SSB. Letting USA treat states as a multiplier tends to level the playing field a little

Even in ESM you can use one of the DI Macros instead of hitting Enter. When its time to send the exchange, send it using the DI Macro. When you need to end the QSO you can click on Log. Then ESM star
