In East TN using 75 meter dipole to IC746 it's S9 +20 on wide AM mode. About S9 +10 on 2.8 kHz wide SSB. Noise blanker on SSB drops this about 20db so some fast rise times. Strongest ragchew stations

Still doesn't sound (to me) like what I found on the net for CODAR; however if you are sure then so be it. I don't hear it tonight so maybe the email "static/hoopla/general fuss" helped scare it away

You could go all or mostly wireless. Use a wireless bridge to replace the run of CAT-5 to the shack and plug the dumb hub into that so that there are no long Ethernet runs. Pat wa4tuk I have a 4 port

That's the basic problem. Too much RF too close. Treat the symptoms for now and move the antenna further away if that ever becomes practical. Perhaps someone who has working knowledge of shielded cat

100 watt 130 volt rough service bulbs are still being made. They are considered a "specialty" bulb. Three-way bulbs also escaped the ban. Halogen equivalents are available. They are not $0.25 a piece
