Hello to All, I'm seeking info on the Dentron MLA2500. I know the tubes are pricey, but what are some of the problems that have been encountered with this amp. Operating quirks, hardware problems etc

It does it with new tubes installed and the known good tubes. I have converted it to GI-7B russian tubes and I have 3 pairs one pair I have used for 3 years and 2 spare sets of new ones. Roland AH6RR

The Russian tubes need to be hipot tested,especially the spares because they are probably gassy from long term storage.If they flash over just one time they are most likely reduced to junk...Too bad
