I'm looking for a 25 or 30 PF vacuum variable at least 10KV, I got my 4-1000A amp running on 6M with a 500 PF cap using the "tap the tuning cap off the coil" trick, but I can't get any efficiancy out

In the July 1985 issue of 73, WB2WIK, had a detailed writeup of a 4-1000A amp for 6 meters. He used a 5-55 pf vacuum variable cap (ITT/Jennings GCS-55), 3 turns of 1/4 inch copper tubing on a 1 and 3
