- Having had the same problem with the Millen connectors, I switched to the HN series of coax connectors in an amp running about 5kv. I would imagine that they would be OK at 5500 v. At least they are

- Enlarge the hole, install a plexiglass plate over it and then use your favorite connector or feedthru. I would not trust the Millen over 4KV myself. However a 1.5 x 1.5" hunk of scrap window plexigla
