Has anyone ever filled a drilled hole in a rack panel? I was thinking of the stuff like liquid steel or whatever. I have two 5/16th holes in a used panel I'm building an amp with, I could just stick

The automobile body filling epoxies are pretty good, too. For big holes, you need some backing, but chanfered 5/16 holes shouldn't need any. Just sand down afterwards. With a back screen of thin alum
