Has anybody had problems with the shipping companies losing their package??? Most of my shipping is thru USPS except the 70+ lbs items. We are looking at about 400 shipments in the last 3 or 4 years.

I can share my own UPS horror story...we bought an HP 8568B Spectrum Analyzer from an east coast dealer. He left it up to a local Mail Boxes Etc to pack and ship the unit. That was our first mistake.

They are not right. If they accept your payment for "insurance" that is an additional fee over the normal shipping liability they have. With insurance they are guaranteeing it will arrive safely. Poo
