- About 125 ma per tube for that amp for best linearity. Plate current will be 700-800 ma with 100W drive. Carl KM1H _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.co

- Hmmmm, have you ever tried loading a pair of 3-500's beyond 300 ma and watched the power? Im talking about a 2500V or so PS. Misprint or not, it is completely wrong. Carl KM1H _______________________

- My Henry 2K manual states 250-280 ma grid current for a pair. I would say that 500-600 is excessive! Mike, W1NR _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com h
