They all come out of the same plant, buy enough and you can even have your name on them. Now, as far as the best place to buy; Id go to Ameritron as they actually test them. While RFP claims they are

The RFP tubes under the Taylor label are what were shipped with my new AL-82. Full Po upon first startup on ALL bands, 1500 (+) Po as measured with the Wavenode wattmeter. The stuff for RF parts are
