- Just received this amp and wondering if ALC must be hooked up as asked in the manual. I haven't used ALC in years. When I key the Amp, I'm not getting any power out. Relay is closing. Any one help? P

- Phil, what are you driving it with? How much drive power and what mode? When you drive it does it indicate any grid current? Plate current? What's the high voltage meter indicate? WB2WIK/6 __________

- How about removing the ALC line and just applying a "little carrier" for drive? It's probably something simple with a new amp and as Steve said, a bit more information is in order. Follow the instruc

- Well, if there's no high voltage, obviously there's a problem and the amp can't produce any output power (without high voltage!). Is this a "new" amp or a "used" one? Do you feel comfortable working
