I believe their normal customers are CB'ers building high power solid state 27 MHz amplifiers. Look at their products. The power combiners don't even have a frequency spec. Most likely for 27 MHz use

They have been around for a long time and I guess hams didnt do enough building to keep them in business. If hams were smart they would standardize on a couple of amp designs and then buy ready made

Creativity is fine, butchered metal work is not. Provide a basic clamshell cabinet and a tube sub chassis and let the builder do the rest. Amp Supply was pure genius in getting 12 amps into one basic
