Noticed that input SWR on the AL-1200 was pretty high on 80 and 20, so I decided to do a realignment of the input circuits. After alignment, got lots more smoke out on 20 - 1600 watts now with 105W d

I have an AL-1200, which puts out varying amounts of RF, with varying efficiencies across the bands. I have also noticed this on mu LK-500ZB. Here's what the AL-1200 does: Drive is probably 105 watts
