I now have the amp working perfectly with one exception. 160 meters has no output. When I looked at the schematic they had a fixed loading capacitor for 160 that says it was factory selected. Well th

Thanks all for the answers. I found the problem. The plate tuning cap for 160 M has 5 100PF 5 KV caps padding it. One of them was shorted out and even had a piece blown out of it. Replaced them with

Hi Gary -If you are talking about section A there is no connection at the 160 -pin of the band-switch according to the schematic. -If you are talking about the load side section C it is 0.0014 uf 5kv
