EIMAC 4X150A/7034 have same specifications as a 4CX250B. The characteristic curves are identical. The only real difference is that the insulator between plate and screen ring is glass and not ceramic

There are glass upper and base, glass base and ceramic upper and all ceramic 150A's. Only the all ceramic had the 250 ratings and more fins, Amperex had them marked 150A as well as 150A/7034.....same

When the 4X150 was upgraded to the 4CX250 anode fins ( more fins and more restrictive air flow ) it's dissipation rating went to 250 watts. No internal changes. The upgraded 4X150 was only in product
