That is Dayton pn 4M070. Grainger sells it for $22.47. Reuse your old fan blade, or spend twice the money to get the blade and then have to balance it. vy 73, Bryan WA7PRC ___________________________

Most of the time the original fan motor can be taken apart, the shafts and bearing surfaces thoroughly cleaned. Then relube including the felt reservoir at the back. I use a 5 or 10 weight synthetic
