I need a recommendation for a material to use in a coil form for an RF choke. The existing choke is about 1.5" diameter by 4" long. I would like to use ceramic but I can't find anything in this size,

You dont have too many choices between ceramic and hard Teflon if high power is run. Look around for large surplus chokes such as maybe from a scrapped BC or WW2 military TX that are often pi wound.
