Now that I have my SB-220 running on 6 Meters, I thought about Silver Plating the Tank Coil. But before I do that, I thought I should poll the group for their opinions on the pro's & con's of Silver

Hi All, If the main goal is to prevent tarnish on a tank coil and keep it looking nice, wouldn't gold plating be the best to use? Even silver will become blackened with tarnish after a few years out
