** The power level adjustment on the TS-430S is internal. ** One way to control an amplifier from a TS-430S is to use the "RL" output (+12v on TX) on the Accessory jack to T/R-switch the amplifier.

Hello Robert, If I don't miss, there are two pins at filter board of ts 430, shorting them limits maximum output power to 50 Watts, at all bands. Another method is to tweak down output power trimmer
