I've got old Dentron GLA-1000 sweep tube amp; mulling over what to do with it as I don't really need for HF. They are a convenient package size for ~500W class amp, so wondering if there are any tube

There arent many tube choices at that voltage except for a couple of heat sinked 8560's or 8072's. Those tubes and their beryllium insulating blocks are fairly common from scrapped commercial FM gear

Hi David, There is a GLA-1000 conversion to GI7B. It keeps the most of the amp - tank etc., as it's for HF, but GI7B is perfect for 6 and 2M too. 73, Val LZ1VB I've got old Dentron GLA-1000 sweep tub
